Overdue update
So things have been busy ... like no duh!

Neurologist claims I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia
Finally after 3 years I persuaded Ed to have a physical and see a doc, finding out he's had a heart attack, may have colon cancer, has a torn stomach muscle and inoperable hernia, has high blood pressure and looks like probably sleep apnea. Glad I pushed him now and hopefully he'll take better care of his health now he realises how important it is.
Amy went from demon child being arrested many times this year to making a major turn around two months ago and ok, she's not perfect, but she's so much better even her therapist discharged her from therapy.
Caity is her usual delightful and cute self and doing great.
Lauren did not so good this year in school, she's working all summer and we're hoping she's going to mature in this time. Other than that she's doing good and enjoying life.
The BIG news of the year so far!
My son, Adam, after almost 8 years of us not being able to see him, turned 16 years old, got a passport and I bought him a plane ticket and he spent a month here with us between June and July and it was absolutely amazing!!! Despite his father's and grandparent's attempts to make him hate me, he doesn't and we had a wonderful time together and the girls loved having him here. Because all Caity has asked for for the last two birthdays is just her brother to be here, we planned a huge surprise and he arrived the night before her birthday party. We took her to the airport pretending we were going on a quick surprise trip and when he arrived she ran over to him with Lauren with this cute, confused look on her face. When she finally figured out it was her brother she wouldn't let go of him, I've never seen her so happy. I bought them both large, cuddly, matching bears so that they can hug them when they want to feel close to each other. Caity sleeps with hers and his picture every night ...
Unfortunately he wanted to come back for Christmas but his father and grandparents, obviously angry that he had such a good time, are trying every trick in the book to keep him from returning, including now refusing to pay for his college course so he has to use his own money up for it and making him feel guilty for wanting to be here. Lauren even asked if she could go there instead to spend Christmas with him and they told him to tell her she's not welcome! Angry doesn't come close to how I feel about it and money is so tight for us, it's unlikely I'll be able to afford a ticket even if he will be able to use it.
In other news, the business is slow, but considering it's under a year old still, it's doing well, it's been expanded now, we have www.sweetlollipopshop.com and www.naughtycandytreats.com for the naughty chocolate. I'm also going to set up a soap site as I've started making new products including rubber ducky soaps and now other themed soaps. I've even started added products to my ebay store and had my first two lollipop sales this last week!
Last update, the court case, as in the idiots that bought our last house and are suing us, is STILL going on ... we are so frustrated at the moment, it should have been over but they haven't even stuck with the courts timeline and we're sitting waiting and hoping that at some point we can get back on with things without this hanging over our heads ...
Hope everyone who still hangs here and even those that don't are doing great, sorry I've not been in touch but it's just been that kind of year and I do miss talking with so many people ... a few in particular Mel, Cyn, C ... and other's too
