Austen Fail
From the TV Guide on Mansfield Park (the Billie Piper version)
"The set and costumes are good, but the spirit of Austen's fiesty heroine is sadly missing in the script and performances."
I'm assuming that the reviewer hadn't actually read the book and figured Austen = spunky heroine not realising that they were describing one of the most passive characters in all literature as 'fiesty.'
*sigh* This is what happens when I'm stuck at home with the flu.
