Why?
Why do people feel the need to try and scam supermarkets? Are we just an easy target, or do people think that we retail workers are just stupid?
It's especially frustrating when you know it's a scam, and they know that you know it's a scam, but they just keep on going because it would be too embarrassing for them to admit it, or to at least abide by your decision.
Also, no reciept, no refund. That's not only the policy, it's the LAW. Is that really such a hard concept to grasp?
*sigh*
I long for the day when I can finally throw in the towel and no longer be an oppressed Customer Service Assistant and actually work in a job where I will not get abused all day for simply upholding and enforcing the rules.
