Its the Holiday Season! I know oh no! Not yet! Why is it happening already? WHERE HAS ALL THE COWBOYS TIME GONE?!

So! In that spirit, and the fact that
code_59kc is a greedy greedy girl fabulous friend with many posts of teh awesomeness (yah yah Prussia is awesome, but Korea invented awesome so is Prussia really Korea? idk my meds make me looney) I stole this from her.
Because its better then staring at the ceiling and imagining I see unicorns dancing across it SHUT UP ARTHUR THIS IS NOT FOR YOU TO COMMENT ON

Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 unlimited 8D holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ so that the holiday joy will spread.

Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it. You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call. There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.
My Wishlist
1) Anything at all related to my fandoms. My top five: Kingdom Hearts, Full Metal Alchemist, Last Exile, Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex and the Persona/Shin Megami Tensei game series. Bonus points if Joss Whedon and/or Sam Raimi somehow is worked in.
2) David Tennant, Zachary Quinto, Milo Ventimiglia, James McAvoy, Craig Horner--any of these lovely lads would be lovely
3) Hats! I prefer the Fedora sort, but heavybreeze owes me a hat. he knows why.
4) good health. ::sigh:: or at least health coverage so that I can possibly get the appropriate meds I'm supposed to be taking for my various sundry problems.
5) a standing mixer ::drools over the KitchenAide Anniversary Cherry Red one:: I'm certain I'd be happier if I had one.
6) To be able to see everyone for the Hetalia Holiday Party. I realize that December will be crazy, so please let me know when a good date is! It doesn't have to be during the holiday party--after all somewhere in the world it has to be SOME holiday so be it december or March or July! I wanna get together with everyone!
7) Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex 2nd GiG complete series boxset (english dub preferred), King of Bandits Jing 7th Heaven movie, Howl's Moving Castle, Avatar the Last Airbender Season 3 boxset, Sailor Moon SuperS, Sailor Moon Stars, Pilot Candidate Volume 4...these are pretty much the DVD's I most want to complete series (animation wise).
8) To know a certain person knows how I feel and that the feelings have not changed, despite the distance and length of time since our last meeting. I want certainty, not vague reassurances.
[alternate 8) Music. sing to me, play me a song, or rec me something. s'long as its not rap, or lewd I'll probably listen]
9) Homemade treats! Aside from that which I'm allergic to, I WANT HOMEMADE TREATS. Get cooking good looking!
10) And who would I be if I didn't say this: BOOKS. BOOKS BOOKS BOOKS. ::ahem:: Book giftcards/certificates are of course welcome, or you can look at my Amazon wishlist (linked in my profile) for ideas. I keep that updated on a daily basis so yeah.
I'm not sure how much of this makes sense since right now I have this nagging voice in my head telling me I'm doing it wrong.
