(no subject)
Well, I suppose while everyone is talking about college, next year, etc. I'll join in the fray. France...I'm kind of wondering what the hell I'm doing--yeah, wander off to a foreign country, bum around and try to get work of some folks' farms. I'm sure it'll be fine, but MAN, the thought of that much isolation is kind of sobering. And the money part, the more money I earn now, the more I can just wander around Europe once I'm there. And the money means that I get to work at the co-op 40 hours a week until January, along with teaching French and perhaps another job or two. I'm mildly worried, but seeing as this time around in France I'll have as much or as little independence I want, I'm fairly optimistic. I'm just wondering what on earth I'm going to do alone and poor in all the places I visit. Take pictures and go to free museums I suppose. I am, of course, looking forward to going, a lot. And I found a round-trip plane ticket for $352 to Paris, which has made me unreasonably happy. Good luck in college/high school/existence all!
