OK, so I have got the job thing sorted. I went into work today and said I couldn't get there by 12 tomorrow for my rostered shift. Didn't mention why, of course. Anyway they said the easiest thing for all concerned was for me to just come in an hour later. So I'm working 1pm-9pm instead of 12-8

The funny thing is, I spotted that in the computer lab at uni. (Hour break between classes, so I decided to read my flist, and wandered over to wiki from there.)
And I was so surprised I actually said "You've gotta be fucking kidding me!" Out loud. And then I couldn't stop giggling. People must've thought I was nuts.
And this means he is exactly 8 years older than me. That's not much, really.

Well, you may have noticed this funny obsession I have lately for Doctor Who... Well, he's the new Doctor. The tenth one. And he's also been in other things, like Casanova, and Blackpool.
Also, he is Scottish. 'Nuff said. That's him in the icon.

It went OK; I'm quite hopeful. Though we were told we'd get a call to let us know when to come in for training, which is annoying--I need notice so I can move shifts or tell Serco I'm unavailable.
Still, all good. Hopefully soon, hee!
It's at the airport, too, which is pretty close to me.
