He’s met a lot of nice people on planes, who offered to buy him things after they landed, like dinner, and one time a boat.

Awww, our Ted, I'd be surprised if he'd only been offered a boat once, really.

Also, Dalek! Being sent to Geocomtex, hah.

This was great, like it could've been an episode great.

Heh, it's hard to gauge how aware he is of his powerful handsomeness, but I like it when he just thinks people are super nice.

XD I knew someday I'd be writing about the Dalek in the corner of the sub-basement robotics lab. It was only a matter of time.

Thanks very much!

*laughs* Yeah, I kind of prefer him being a little oblivious at his obvious charms. It's adorable.

How could you not, really? I'm still wondering how it got there and why it stayed quiet.

However, as we learned from 30 Rock, that has its consequences.

I have no clue how they could've gotten it, though I think it was quiet because no one touched it with their bare hands and so it couldn't extrapolate the DNA whatever it needed to power up again.

Well, I think he's a little smarter and more aware than Drew. Not that it is hard to be.

It probably feel through a crack in time and/or space, Daleks are always doing that. Hm, but didn't the Dalek talk to Rose first before she touched him/it? He needed the DNA to repair himself, but he was up to taunting the Doctor before he got it. I may be wrong, though; I haven't watched that episode in a while.

Yeah, possibly having a father as harsh as Ted's kept him from developing.. what was it? The Bubble?

Most likely. Like cockroaches that way. The Dalek did indeed talk to Rose, but- I dunno, to my thinking when it was in Veridian's sub-basement it was... low on power or something. In my head.

*laughs* Yes indeed, the Bubble! But yes, between taking care of Rose and dealing with his daddy issues, he's probably fine.

Really cranky cockroaches. I buy the low on power thing. Especially since they apparently left it there all by itself, without any visitors to get especially ragey at. I'd fully believe Daleks run mostly on rage.

Heh, yeah, having a nine-year-old, especially one like Rose, would puncture anyone's Bubble pretty effectively.

Mm, yes, its rage levels were dangerously low there.
