As I didn`t get the scholarship, I am currently on the search for an internship in Japan.
I`ve been looking around tonight, and from what I gather there are quite a lot of opportunities. I just see the first problem already: working through all the details in Japanese is very tiring and time-consuming. Will have to do it if I want to get somewhere, but it`s one part I wish I was better at. Blegh.
Doesn`t help that I`m already kind of tired, and my stomach has been playing up tonight (stupid stomach flu. Should`ve been working this weekend, but am instead at home because a near constant stomach pain does not do wonders if you`re behind a register for 8 hours, or doing tours through caves). Tried sleeping earlier, but couldn`t sleep.
So, basically: if anyone has any contacts, anything whatsoever, that might help me get a small push towards an internship in Japan (or maybe the u.k., as long as it`s Japan-related), it`s very much welcomed! Give me anything you`ve got, anything.
