2013 Awards: Nominations Closed!
Hello Seekers!
The extended nomination period is officially closed. We will now be compiling nomination lists and begin sending out notices.
Notices will be handled slightly differently this year: Since we rarely have authors decline to participate, we are moving toward a system in which we assume participation unless told otherwise. Therefore, you will not have to respond to your nomination notice unless you are declining. Otherwise, we will assume you accept. You will be able to contact us to request your fic(s) be removed from the nomination lists any time before voting begins.
Dates: Once we have sent all of the nomination notices, we will adjust all of the award dates. The Nomination Lists will be made publicly available 5 days after the last nomination notice is sent, and the other days will be adjusted from there.
Special Thanks: First, thank you to everyone for being patient with the Awards Team, we've been a little unorganized this year. And very very special thanks (you all should thank them too!) to meridian_rose and hrhrionastar, who stepped in to help when your usual awards administrators felt flat on their face.
