Take care of yourself.

You might just feel sore for a few days or a week, but don't just write it off as "whiplash." See a chiro/massage if you can/have the means to do so.

Oh man, I already feel it. I'm scared to go to bed and wake up tomorrow lol I am lucky that I wasn't seriously hurt -- just a bit banged up and my head is killing me. I was given a note to have tomorrow off from work and luckily I am not working the rest of the week --just babysitting and school-- so I can take it easy.

If anything ends up still being extremely sore after a few days, I'll go and get it checked out. Head/neck/back things are nothing to fool around with!

Oh, hon, I'm so glad you're okay. Crashes are very scary, even minor ones - I've rear ended someone and flipped my car. I think that should definitely be a lesson to wear your seatbelt. I never wore mine before I flipped my car because because before that, I never thought I'd ever be in a serious accident. But you just never know. It takes a while for it to become habit - it did for me after so many years not wearing it - but it does eventually.

Hope you're feeling better soon. ❤️

xx

Thank you! And yes! They are! I've never been in an accident--driving or as a passenger-- but as it was happening I just knew. So scary knowing there's nothing in the world you can do to stop what's happening. We live in a state where seat belts are choice and I buckle up around 50% of the time. It's crazy-- I work in rehab where a majority of my patients are motor vehicle accidents and I know exactly what can happen to people when they don't wear it. I will most definitely be buckling up from now on.

Thank you so much ♥ I'll be sore for a few days, but thankfully nothing more serious!!!
