I got into a car accident on my way to work today. I always have feared in the back of my mind not getting to work because of something like that. I've never been in an accident before. Rear ended someone on the highway...
Looked down for one second and looked up to traffic at a complete stop. Luckily, I was back enough to brake because I stupidly wasn't wearing my seatbelt. I had been going 70mph, not sure about impact speed. But, I'm lucky I didn't go through the windshield.
Other car was okay. My car is much smaller, so minimal damage for them as well! I have a mild concussion and feel like, well, like I hit a car.
