GENERAL LOTR QUESTIONS:
Which is your favorite movie: Fellowship of the Ring; it gives me the most nostalgic feeling and I love all the happy Shire scenes in the beginning.
Book?: Fellowship because, once again, I love the beginning with all the Shire stuff, but also the Old Forest bits.
Favorite character and why: Pippin, because he is a funny and entertaining character who really grows (pun not intended) over the course of the trilogy.
Who do you relate to the most?: Pippin for said personal growth and for being underestimated by everyone; but also Eowyn for her strong will and feminist desire to be on the same level as the boys
What got you into the fandom?: I saw the first film on a class trip and I just fell in love. I read the books shortly afterward and I got sucked it. It was a weird, rough period of transition for me at the time, so the books mark my own personal journey.
If you could live anywhere in Middle-earth, where would it be?: The Shire, no doubt! To be more specific, somewhere near the Old Forest. I'd totally hang out with Tom Bombadil. :)
What would you do with the One Ring?: Pawn it off for lunch money? Haha, I'm kidding. I'd take it to Mount Doom and throw it out.
If you could have a Ring with any power, what would it be?: The power of teleportation. I hate depending on mass transportation to get everywhere.
