No Subject
So, I have a concentration in Anthropology! While it's my major, I need to have a core group of classes. And apparently, I am concentrating in Material Culture and Temporal Processes aka Physical Anthropology. Ask me what I'm going to do with this and I'm totally blank, but whatever, I LOVE this crap. =)
This semester has been thus far much easier than last semester, but I seriously doubt that that is going to last for too much longer. I can't believe next Friday is already Spring Break. Where did this semester go?! Usually I want time to fly, but I really need it to slow down! A little freaked out about summer this year and also that means senior year. Seriously still freaky. The course listings for our last year went up last week and I am ridiculously excited. (minus classes for science in society major, which I really don't care about, haha, but two more classes and I'm done with it. Three more for anthro, but I might take three next semester *getting ahead of self*) Mostly I'm writing because I'm avoiding finishing this book for class tomorrow. It's actually really good, but I'm over it, haha. I'm also so over this New England weather. It is cold all the damn time. I want to wear shorts and read outside *dreams*
On a random side note, life is going pretty well. I'm still learning how to really let people in. And also learning how to REALLY communicate. I tend to push things aside, but that's not good, so I'm workin on it. I know it's been a few months, but I'm slow in relationships. It's been fun but school just seems to get in the way, haha.
I've also recently become obsessed with R&B music. I mean I still love my country and british pop and whatever I used to love, but Rihanna has my heart right now. Rude Boy, oh my god, so catchy, as well as Run This Town among so many others not Rihanna, haha.
Also I'm pretty darn chipper, because I just wrote three papers between yesterday and today when I thought I wasn't going to get them done. =) So, sorry for the pep!
