I need Promicin

OK, so you probably have no idea what I'm talking about.  I've been watching The 4400, basically, and the season finale was AWESOME.  The basic premise of the show is that  four and a half thousand people were abducted, from 1951 til 2001, and taken to the future, and all returned together in 2004.  Some of them had paranormal abilities almost immediately, and we discovered this season that a) this is the result of a new enzyme (Promicin) in their bloodstreams, and b) all of them were supposed to have it, but the government has been injecting them with an inhibitor.  Once they got off the inhibitor, every single one started having abilities.  Also, two of the characters abducted were a black soldier from the 50's, and the granddaughter of his white girlfriend.  The latter came back pregnant with the former's baby, though fortunately they didn't realize that until they were already in love and talking marriage.  Well, the baby started showing ablilities in the womb, and even more when she was born, and earlier this season she walked out of her nursery, fully grown and looking gorgeous.  Unfortunately, she had stolen those years from her mother, who was now old and wrinkly.  She claimed that she had no idea how it had all happened, but subsequent events make me doubt that somewhat.  She has since demonstrated a wide range of powers, but no ethical compass whatsoever (well, what can you expect from someone who's an infant one day and 20 years old the next?), as well as essentially no loyalty to anyone.  We thought her father might rein her in, or Sean, the Healer who runs the 4400 Center, since she announced to him that they were going to be married, but neither actually had any leverage on her, and she's gone totally rogue, and there has been craziness.  The upshot of all this is that one of the OTHER things we discovered this season is that her blood is nearly pure Promicin, and various elements have been harvesting it like they were the Red Cross, and stockpiling it, and injecting it into soldiers in order to give them paranormal abilities.  There's the little drawback of a 50% chance of death in two days, but the other 50% reliably develop powers.  The season ended with the stockpiled supplies being stolen, and disbursed throughout the world, for anyone who wants to take the gamble.  They were good, they warned people, but the last shot was a guy talking to the camera, asking us all if we were willing to try, and almost immediately I said yes.  I mean, duh, not real, I'm not delusional, but if all this really happened, and I had the choice, HELL YEAH I'd take it.  I've only wanted this my entire life!  I'd so be willing to take those odds- I'm almost positive I'd come out the other side with some cool powers, instead of, you know, the power to decay slowly and feed worms.  But maybe I'm just arrogant, or an optimist.  I wish I had the chance to find out.

Well, that's certainly a lot of geekiness.  Now for something slightly less geeky... Can someone help me with creating and maintaining a website?  I'm going to want a couple of videos, and possibly and interactive area.  If you ask, I'll tell you why, and this is not time-sensitive at all.
