holy shit.where to start.
friday night i watched 3 bands.concrete facelift ruled.cheap tragedies were awesome and had myself and joey running around.for the worse was entertaining.
so thats the music part of it.hanging out was possibly more fun.erin t being beyond drunk was entertaining.so was mike from for the worse thinking i wanted to kill him.rye,joe and burrows showing up at our hotel for about 20 minutes was crazy.rye tackling joe and humping him on the bed was funny.us getting yelled at before we were even outside was awesome.rye EXPOSING himself may have been the highlight of that evening.or 12-13 of us in one room was good too.
saturday i watched more bands.all were good.highlights were ANS,magrudergrind,UNRESTRAINED(possibly band of the night) and my revenge.
getting to hangout all day saturday ruled.doogie called and showed up.saw my boys from My Revenge.9 people getting matching tattoos.philly steak burrito was awesome.minor threat and misfits covers.
afterwards was a house party where ray told us we could play with the firworks we bought.we didnt even set foot in the house.we had a good 15-20 minute roman candle/bottle rocket war.OU kids on the porch of the house party were shot with roman candles and flipped out.we deicded to leave.cops showed up and we got off cool thanks to some smooth talking.
all the hotels in athens were booked.thanks to ray we were able to crash with him at 4 or 5am.
leaving this morning resulted in another firworks battle.
man i'm really glad i went.
awesome seeing boys from vermont who we dont see very often.
so yeah this weekend was a goodtime.i wasnt in a mood to go originally but decided not to bail on it.i'm really glad i didnt because it turned out to be really awesome.
