february <3
this month has been absolutely fabulous in every way possible. the super bowl kicked it off and it's only been amazing since then.
PA weekend away with my friends was beyond fabulous. i don't even know how to describe it. we all hadn't been away together like that in FOREVER and we had a blast. there was 11 of us total, played pong, went snow tubing, went to this brewery on the mountain, listened to ridiculous music... just overall was fantastic. i didn't want it to end :(
Valentine's day was kinda funny, honestly. first of all, James was so sweet. he brought flowers to my job on my lunch break :) he couldn't grab food with me cause he had to head to work but they were beautiful! I love having flowers on my desk, too.
He was working until 11:30 that night so i had a little date of my own. honestly, i loved every minute of it haha i threw on sweats, headed over to his area, bought a bottle of wine and some pizza, went to his house, lounged on the couch drinking, enjoying my pizza and watching dance moms. he got home around midnight and we hung out for a few hours. love him :)
last weekend we went to see Bill Burr at the NYCB theater with 4 other couples. it was cool going on a huge date with a bunch of his friends. the guy was histerical. afterwards a bunch of us went to the bold for the night (honestly i've been to that bar more these days than any other bar in my life i feel haha)
for christmas, james got me an hour massage gift card and i finally used it last night. it was incredible - if he wants to get me one of those for every gift-giving occasion, i won't argue! i didn't want it to end, and the girl i got was awesome. if i do it again i'm definitely going back there and asking for the same girl. it really helped my shoulder feel better too, which i'm super happy about.
tonight i'm spending it with Amber and Tori for a wine-dinner-date in babylon. Amb got a new apartment and i can't wait to see it! plus, i haven't had a girls night with her in babylon in months, it is much needed.
james' last weekend off is this one coming up and it makes me so sad :( i have been having SOO much fun with him having weekends off the last few weeks it's always so miserable when they rotate. he won't have off weekends again until the end of April. it's the worst, but what can you do. i'm so glad we made the best of it though, this whole month has been amazing. I would re-live it in an instant.
so much coming up this weekend too! Amb's birthday in the city on Friday, then Tori's birthday and James' cousin's surprise party BOTH on Saturday so i'll be running around trying to make an appearance at both haha and march will have so many birthdays and PADDYS DAY <3 so everything is just amazing these days!
