I met with my Red Hat ladies at Stanley Park today. I love that park- it's so fucking beautiful. It was Rose's month and she had a complete spread all laid out for us. Her grandkids escorted us down to the site- they were so cute!! We had a really good barbecue and found our way around the park's no liquor policy. We had 4 different flavors of

Congrats for winning the sunflower seed spitting contest. How does it work though? Havent come across that one this side of the pond.

You just take a few sunflower seeds into your mouth, chew on them, and spit them as far as you can. It's a kids' game but as you read earlier, adults can play too!
