Lost HOHOHO Writers: Important Addendum to the Fic Header

I screwed up, guys. In the template I sent out, I completely forgot to include pairing/characters and prompt. *sighs* I'm really sorry.

The header for your HOHOHO fic should look like this:

Author: (We'll keep this tag secret until the author reveal)
Recipient:
Pairing or Characters:
Rating:
Warnings:
Prompt:
Summary:
Author notes: (Try to keep them unspecific so as not to reveal your identity)

If you already sent your fic in, could you just email lostsqueemods at gmail dot com with the additional information?
