(no subject)
I think I only post now when I take a day off from work. Which means I should take more days off from work! Logical conclusion, right?
Apparently I ate too much yesterday & woke up sick in the middle of the night. Though I knew I wasn't any more sick than that, I went ahead & stayed in, because the thought that at any moment something could make me sick at work would actually make me sick at work. Ah, the power of the human brain. Ryan still wanted me to take my temperature to make sure it wasn't the flu. Nope, no flu, just overeating. Ugh :P
About to get ready to go out though. Diana started to teach me how to crochet at work on Thursday & they have a group of ladies that meet at a Panera on Monday nights to crochet together. I haven't gotten out of my PJs & I do need to go somewhere to feel like I did something today. Plus, I'm hoping to learn faster with more people around. Oh, & did I mention Panera for dinner? yumyum.
Hope everyone had a good Halloween. We were able to dress up at work on Friday (within reason, nothing crazy/skanky) & I found a pair of scrubs my mom gave me & wore those with tennis shoes. Super comfy. Then Saturday, Ryan & I went out & bought costumes for Jeremy's party. There wasn't much left, so we ended up as Greek god/goddess...to which I must say the girl in the picture must have been like 5'0" !!! The bag said One Size Fits Most (up to size 12) & that thing barely got over my behind :-X I am not exactly the girl described in "Baby Got Back" either. Oh well, good thing we were among friends, haha.
