Today is the Jewish New Year -- so I wish all my friends a sweet beginning to what will likely be a great new year.
(in other news: the speakers on my laptop are failing, most likely due to being poorly reconnected when the technicians replaced my screen almost a month ago... GREAT...this means that, not only can I get the piece of tape removed from the inside of my computer screen --don't ask--I can drop my computer off at the store next week when I'm home and get it back in 2 weeks when I'm home again...meanwhile, the only thing that will save me from desperation is my wonderful boyfriend who has offered to loan me one of his laptops. What a guy, I tell ya.)
