Big seal of approval
I've raved about the cast of Zhang Ji Zhong's production of Heavenly Sword and Dragon Saber before and how some of the actors are just perfect for their roles. This morning I checked out the thread at SPCnet.tv and was surprised to see Liu Shi Shi cast as The Yellow Robed Laby. The Yellow Robed Lady is a minor role but it's another perfect choice by the casting directors. While Liu Shi Shi isn't the greatest actress, I think she's very likeable and looks amazing in the fighting scenes, not to mention that she kind of resembles Liu Yi Fei which is only an advantage in this series.
They gave her a similar hairstyle and costume as Xiao Long Nu in "Return of the Condor Heroes", which I think is great. Considering how great Liu Shi Shi is in fighting scenes, I hope that they will expand on those in this version since the previous ones always seemed to leave that part out.
