Nathan is feeling much better. The pain medicine gave him only a little relief, it was primarily his body beginning to heal that did the trick. His counts are now almost up to normal, which is very positive news.
He was given permission to leave the floor earlier today. We went to the second floor and listened to the piano being played...it was very peaceful.
Plans are being made for Nate to go home Sunday. He was really hoping to get out by Friday, but the doctor's want to monitor him over the weekend.
Nate's brother is in town, he came with Nate's moms husband. So at least we'll get to spend the new year with him.

We had a really good Christmas. I got some diamond earrings, perfume, clothes, slippers and some other things.
Oh, plus I got two free Christmas dinners from different organizations around the hospital.

Well, I'm getting ready to head back to the hotel. If I don't post sooner, I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year's!
