its been a good couple days...
Wow, its been an event-filled last few days. School is almost over and I cant wait- it just sucks major ass comin down to the end and all the work that’s due… its gonna be stressful. I just cant wait for summer to be here…… the weather has been gorgeous… which means its coming, it feels like its just beyond the reach of my finger-tips…so close, but yet so far….
Thurs was just rough…. We were in the library for English and looking up stuff for our research papers and we had to post something on discussion board and I didn’t have all the detail in mine that the prof. wanted bc I just got my books and it was slightly difficult to comment about them when I just barely opened the inside cover… but he wanted me to edit the post and add the comments… and I was just in no mood to deal with him.. he came and talked to me about my paper and how I was doing with it…and he was just being a dick so I got up and left about 10-15mins early w/o saying a word… or doing that edit to my entry… so, I was annoyed… and got a look from him as I left…but it was just a bad day…
Friday…. I got to sleep in… that was nice….. and it was suppose to be a day where I was going to get a lot accomplished.. I had high hopes for the day, really I did… but needless to say, that didn’t work out….. but by the end of the day, I learned that its not worth it… its not worth getting myself all worked up to the point that I get sick over… its just not.. I tried… and it didn’t work… my weakness is that I care too much.
Then I had my radio shift and it was the busiest night ive ever had up there…. We have the laptop for requests now… and I was talking to 2 random strangers almost the whole night (I felt bad, they seemed lonely… but it was cute bc they thanked me for being so nice at the end, so it was worth it) and the phones were off the hook… and ryan stayed up with me… and kept me company just being his amazing self….. that made my night…and made me feel a million times better….
Right from there I showered and went to the train station and went to USP in philly to visit tra at school…. It was a gorgeous weekend and we had such a good time…it was just what I needed…. A lil get away from the chaos…. And we went to the Liberty Bell.. and then just went exploring and walking around Philly….. I don’t know how far we walked… but damn, it was intense…. And my fav part was sneaking in the back door of the Ritz Carlton and standing in awe (we might as well have had signs on our forehead that read “poor tourists” bc we were quite obvious and out of place)… then the security guard started to walk near us and we ran out laughing… it was great… lol… and then at night we were just acting crazy and took a million silly pics…. We really are nutz…. Then we hung out with some of her friends…. And we came to the conclusion that I am an all-star and tra is on the border from All-star to MVP… ::wink wink:: I want trolleys here..lol… STEP DOWN!!!!...lol… and its okay, I don’t need my toes… just run ur suitcase right over it… glad to be of service!.. lol… it was a great weekend… rock&roll <3
Once I got back on Sunday night… April 10th… my world was turned up-side down…but in such a good way… its official… me and ry… and I haven’t been able to stop smiling since… I couldn’t be any happier… I really am the luckiest girl in the world… the countdown to thurs has been painful…but its almost here…almost… and I hate to break it 2 ya cody, but hes mine… lol… and please…put the scissors away.. lol… I hope ur ready to get ur ass kicked bc its gonna happen.. its destiny..
I am currently falling asleep in philosophy.. the droning sound of this prof voice doesn’t help either…I got my coffee, but damn I dk if ill be able to stay awake.. lol…
*lets out a long happy sigh* I couldn’t have asked for more… I am the luckiest girl in the world… and beyond words at this point… its that wonderful… *I love you* mwa!
