So, being home sick for three days, i've had some time to catch up on all the *important* internet things that i wasn't getting around to before. And, having an additional 2 days and 23 hours home sick after that to kill, i did some browsing.
Since some of you have recently been in the Wedding Thing, and because i actually intend to be on Etsy someday, here is an example of my, err, high regards of it.
Its funny in a sad sort of way.
Regretsy is a website dedicated to mocking etsy. With good reason.
Glamour Weddings (magazine?) recognized 6 wedding dresses one could find on etsy for less than $500.
Regretsy points out that one dress from the article, and many many more, have been less-than-subtly stolen off of actual design websites and reposted by people claiming to "love to sew."
The biggest irony, for me, is i looked at one or two of those and actually thought 'that's not too bad a dress' and we all know my opinions on dresses and white weddings.
