Started the day in Bury, after catching a lift with Mrs Host. My friend, who is staying in The Old Piggery had jagged a finger nail below the quick (ouch!) so we went into Art of Nails and asked them to glue it.  The young lady glued it up carefully and refused to take payment.  It's a small kindness that meant a lot.
