Recently I’ve been very interested in researching digestion and how to have good digestion. This was brought about by a book on water that I read recently called, “Your Body’s Many Cries for Water” by F.Batmanghelidj, M.D. (

One of the other advantages to chewing more thoroughly is that you feel fuller sooner. Definitely a good strategy.
