There are sidewalks on the main streets, but that seems to be about it.

(oh, this post is really dry. Guess, I'm tired.)

Though Houston seems to have a serious problem with air pollution,
it has a nice looking downtown.
Rumor has it, the city didn't have a plan for developing its downtown.
However they went about developing the city, it works.
Together, the buildings create a nice skyline from the two viewpoints we've had.
