And I thought that if anybody on my flist might like these odd little things, it would be you! Glad you did. (And I think you have now seen ALL the Henry/Elizabeth, really. :lol:)
It's certainly a lovely song. It was the whole ''death mask'' thing that made me think ''effigy!''. Also, the lyrics do really work, mostly.
I did like what I saw of Elizabeth. A nice change from the saintly, demure image she's often given (though there are few fictional accounts, of course).
