My life is so dull these days. I'm in class, work or in lock down with reading and writing away for class. Yesterday I was off from everything and I initially planned on working on my term papers and study, but it was so nice to not be obligated to go anywhere so I wasted it with being lazy all day. I bite my tongue regarding to what I said about tropical storms. There have been windier ones but this is a tropical storm that I’ve experienced like no other. It’s a slow moving system so it has been sitting on top of us longer than a normal tropical storm would. I’ve never seen so much rain! Last night I watched A Mighty Heart. Originally, I had thought the film would deliver a story of tragedy but instead it turned out to be a touching love story. This is a role best fit for Angelina and did she own it, which I believe she hasn't done since Girl Interrupted (though you have to admit she made a good Lara Croft). Gosh, I had too much fun last night with friends. It started with dinner at a beachside restaurant and a trip to a Starbucks (where I don't work at). I'm still out of breath, I think. 0:)

Starbucks had its Summer Social today with the release of a bunch of new drinks and pastries. If you like citrus low-cal and low sugar, then you might like them. There doesn’t seem much flavor into them though. I do, however, recommend a pomegranate creams frappucino ( Read more... )
