Yesterday was day 4. It went very well.( Pesto Eaters, pics )

I was not so much struck by her pose as I was by her face. The fact that she is in mid air, legs apart, hands down, and the expression on her face doesn't show any of the effort it would take a normal person in a similar positions is astounding.

Last night was as fried version of pesto. We deep fried (sarafina, jeff, I, and others?) 300 wontons, a pack of spinach balls, some cheese balls, and almost 3 pounds of battered and breaded butterflied shrimp. ( more )
