Some People Just Don't Get It!

So, I really feel I should comment on yesterday's chapel since I didn't... first off, major props to Clarissa who got up in front of all the high school and poured her love for God out through tears, go Clarissa! And, I've heard it said from a friend that the fact that people's lives were changed by this movie is stupid (and I quote) well, you see

Flo, you did say it was stupid you said "I'm tired of these stupid life-changing testimonies" that was in your journal, those were your words. There's nothing wrong with not being changed by something, however you don't have to attack other because they were by calling them stupid.
I personally was changed by the movie. It gave me a greater understanding of what crucifixtion really was. I thought it to be a simple nail in the hand, yes it hurt alot but i never imagined it the way it was portrayed in the movie. I'm just saying Florence, you really need to watch the things you say sometimes because you really offend people, including me.
And Mike, I understand that it was an actor, but watching the action of it is still like watching the real thing. The movie was done very well, and if i didn't know any better I would have thought it was a video taping of a crucifixion.
It does take the inspired word of God to change people, obviously, the story of the crucifixtion is in the Bible. A movie gives you a visual of what is going on and Mel didn't sugar coat it like we tend to do when we think about things.
