well, it's been a while.
and there's been a few changes in the plans and a couple recent events that might effect the status of payment.
well, for one thing, i no longer feel compelled to get Ren.
it's true. she's my first love in the BJD realm. however, her head proved too large to look right with anyone else i could get.
so, after being utterly crushed, i began looking around casually again and stumbled upon the new pictures of Twing-Key.
there seems to be a rash outbreak of Twinkey love on DoA. but i can't help it.
she is gorgeous.
a good sign of the "rightness" of this decision would be the fact that i actually found a name for her: Verity.
so yes. my twinkey, verity, shall join the family within the next year, depending on when i get the money.
as for the matter of payment:
my parents and i have come to a (reluctant) agreement that it is time to sell my piano. i love my piano above almost all of my other earthly possessions..but it is just sitting there.
it's not economical for the situation we're going through right now with oil prices skyrocketing. and i have things i need to do for school and for mission trips. i still have a keyboard somewhere and one day i may have a piano again, hopefully, but for this time in our lives...it's just better to not have it.
so my parents and i struck a bargain. we would sell the piano and i would get a BJD because of the robbery that happend around Easter left me without the cash to purchase one. in a way i'm just getting back part of what was stolen.
so it might work out kinda nice...i won't have to save up, ya know?
still..it'll be sad without the piano.
however, yes. there's always a bright side.
but that's what's going on.
i'll try and update more often. (like anyone actually reads this. lol)
