how do you help?
I have a friend who just lost a family member she loved dearly. I feel so incredibly bad for her as she has a heart of gold. I can't imagine the pain she must be feeling. It's times like these I feel so useless. Every time I have friends in pain and I can't fix it I feel useless and terrible. My thoughts are with her and I let her know I'm here for anything if she needs it.
