my birthday is coming soon. two months and ten days. exactly. and oh my i am anticipating it now. the analytical tradition. five years strong. soon to be six.
the thoughts that pop like bubbles between my ears. a quick retracing of "quite a year"
wondering
if the next day , the literal beginning
will be the lead in for something better. the avoidance of all those "iTs"
most likely the literal "it" of specific mistake . unpleasant situation. will not be repeated. (i hope)
yet the pattern "IT" the grand repetition will continue to impose itself
but by different names
and i only think so 'clearly'in that retrospective sense...on my birthday. and its not extremely time consuming. bits and pieces coming at various moments throughout.
ah i can now guarantee one thought - "so much has changed."
so much has changed aside from familiar changing. cant expect anything else except that progress should be involved.
