Don't forget, these fuckers work for US, not the other way around.
So let me go ahead and break the ice: I call for President George W. Bush to be impeached. Why isn't anyone else saying this? Why isn't this a matter for public discourse? I mean, if we were willing to hold lengthy, unnecessary impeachment hearings for former president Clinton on the grounds that he got a hummer at work and lied about it, why is it STILL taboo to discuss the possibility that our current administration, from the top down, are a lot of incompentent warmongers whose actions have severely crippled this nation?
What good has come? I'd like an answer from you Bush supporters out there: we know the evils, what good has come? Are you concerned about the moral integrity of the country? I'll tell you what, this country has become more of a degenerate moral cesspool in the last five years than it ever did under Clinton. Are you voting for the shrewd economic policies? We certainly don't seem to be rocking the surplus we were under Clinton. What about education? Unfunded mandates that we now have even less money to support don't make smarter students, and yet we keep getting silly tax cuts...
So that really leaves one big, fat reason: national security. The red herring of terrorism. If you're blind with war fever from seeing how the unnecessary Iraq conflict has made that country a hotbed for terrorst organizations and how that, in turn, makes this country less safe, then the Katrina should be the sniffing salts you need to snap you back to the reality that we are F-U-C-K-E-D if anyone starts shit on our soil again. Bush and his friends can't protect you from catastrophe, nor do they intend to (especially if you're poor and/or not white).
You fire people for INCOMPETENCE, not oral sex.
Fun fact: the president's admission of guilt appeared as a banner headline on all the major online news outlets except, of course, foxnews.com, who claimed "Bush accepts some Katrina responsibility" as the fourth item under their "politics" subheading, a distant scroll from the banner headline.
Look, I'm not saying Clinton was a saint. He botched the job in a number of capacities beyond the Monica nonsense (Somalia is a good example). But he at least did his part to keep the nation strong and sound. We could build on that. Bush, on the other hand, has wreaked some massive havoc on the U.S. and its masses. It's time to rise up and it's time to speak. Speak loud so they can hear you, there's apt to be a lot of noise.
Show tonight at the Hog's Trough in Manchester, 8:30pm. This past weekend's show at Scorz sucked. Can't wait to go on vacation. I hear Mandress Nick is back in town, I'll try to track him down. Expect me to be in front of the state house at some point.
You're observations:
-Feel better Tante Heidchein.
-Don't forget that people are dying needlessly in Iraq, too, thanks to the guilty fucker in the oval office.
-Afghanistan, too.
Mahalo.
