Quantum Commute
Commute arrival times sometimes seem like they come in discrete 15 minute increments. No matter what exact time I leave, I can either arrive at work a good 10 minutes early, or a good 10 minutes late. The 7:55-8:10am arrival window simply does dot exist. For example: Yesterday I left at 7:01 and got to work at 7:40. Today I left at 7:11 and got to work at 8:11. This was, of course, partly due to the fact that some douche in an old blue minivan had careened into the median and taken a out traffic light on Decoto, but that's just part of how the quantum commute works its mojo.
