As some of you know, my Glaekin has been made guild leader. This was not something I wanted, especially not the way it happened.
Last night was the first time I got to see any of the drama that Xella has been talking about, and I'm personally appalled at some of the attitude that was given to her. She was performing her duties as guild leader, and people gave her grief. I haven't seen anyone else offer to be guild leader, and I haven't seen anyone make a post suggesting any rules changes. The person involved was not following the rules, and was removed from the guild until they follow the rules. There was no excuse for the attitude given.
Right now, I don't know what I want to do. I got the feeling last night that the inmates wanted to run the asylum, that rules were there to be broken. I don't like that feeling. On top of that, certain comments from last night make me want to walk away from this guild, and that is just sad.
But I won't do anything for a while. I want logic and reason to win, not my emotions, not anyone else's emotions. I want the LJ guild to stay, and I want it to stay true to it’s principles.

3) One person has expressed that the guild leader should be an active, higher-level member of the guild. What should a guild leader do if they want their main to join a raiding guild?
