I feel less destroyed after the fact than last year.

24.5 kg over 13 km in 2:02 hours. 6 minutes faster than last year. 24 minutes to spare.

So less destroyed equals good but for the first time in my military career... I have blisters. Not crazy foot shredding blisters. Just blisters. Must be getting soft!

Yet another unscheduled duty shift. The actual schedule. Unimportant. My support. Unsupportive. This sort of thing happens from time to time. When it does you just carry on.
