I went to IKEA at IKANO yesterday with my parents. We had breakfast there then mum insists that we go window shopping. I sat on one of the seats provided and spent the whole time there playing with my new PDA phone. The outing at IKEA was a waste of time for me, with a slight plus side for me as I bought a little cacti. I named it Ren-kun. ^^
Thank god opposite IKEA there is something called Borders. I'm one of those geeks that look for bookstores as soon as I enter the mall rather than boutiques. I went straight to the manga section, but nearly all the manga are shrink wrapped, and there are only a few browsing copies. It took me more than 1 hour to muster my courage and ask one of the shop assistant to unwrap three comics for me. He seems to be a comics fan too, both the mainstream and manga. He was trying to engage me in a conversation, but I just gave him vague answers and thinking 'hurry up!' I read Flight, Dramacon volume 3 and a yaoi manga which name I can't remember. I ask another shop assistant to unwrap Blue Sky, Princess Princess volume 3, 4 and 5 for me. I'm greedy, I know. - -; I was just half way through reading Blue Sky, when my dad came to pick me up. Apparently they bought too many things from Tesco, and they need me to help carry the stuff. Argh, Princess Princess, so close! They don't scanlate them anymore. TT.TT
Tomorrow is my college orientation. I have to take a bus at (gasp!) 6.30 in the morning, coz the traffic after 7 is like shit. For now I need to find info on how to take care of Ren-kun.
