Today was an interesting day. I went by Babin's to pick up my paycheck (a whopping $2.65, fucking taxes) & realized that I'm quite glad I quit. It was such a beautiful day out, not a cloud in the sky, & walking into the restaurant was so dreary... the entire waitstaff was giving me strange looks, but the kitchen was happy to see me (in fact, Hector was a bit too happy... not that I minded.) Anyway, I bailed outta there & went to Ming's with Emily, where we engaged in the "Gay or Straight" game. Even saw some awkward dude resembling the doctor from A Nightmare Before Christmas on a mo-ped. He could've been a German biker, but with Chinese food riding bitch...? I don't buy it for a second.
