Making your own fondue turns out to be quite easy, as Ben and I discovered this Valentine's day :-D And it's freaking DELICIOUS! We had Havarti with dill, Gruyere, and Fontina cheeses with a Chardonnay, with fresh-baked French bread, green apples, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots for dipping. SO GOOD!
