After all these days of gaining weight and getting depressed time and again, I have finally decided to put my foot down (which nearly caused an earthquake) and start dieting. I don't know what to eat and what not to yet but one thing is for sure, I am not touching any junk food and fizzy drinks from now on. I plan to go on a strictly fruit diet for some days and after I lose some weight, I plan to stick to homemade food alone.
Today happens to be the first day of my diet plan. I have got my food from home and I am going to eat that only. I think it is just like quitting smoking. Today, I am finding it very difficult to control myself. I literally start drooling when I see junk food all around in the office cafeteria but up till now I have managed to pass my day. I hope for the best. It is just a matter of few weeks and then it will be back to normal diet. So, till then, let's hope for the best.
