"Dude," Jensen hisses. "We're LARPing. We have an audience! Why are we timing out? We're doing awesome!"
"My teeth are coming out," says Jared. "And my hair is trying to escape."
Jensen sighs. "Five-minute break!" he calls. The bunch of fangirls surrounding them doesn't look too disappointed; they're probably still hoping they're going to start making out soon. Jensen can't blame them for this. "I told you you should cut your hair," he adds, to Jared.
Jared pulls off his Spike wig and shakes his hair out with clear relief. "Just because you happen to have perfect Angel hair," he says. "We need to spring for better teeth."
"Better in what sense?" asks Jensen, warily.
"Won't fall out as easily," Jared says, rolling his eyes. "I will never get sharp teeth again. I promised, didn't I? I swear I promised."
"You did promise," Jensen agrees, with a sigh.
"I know how important it is to you that I can still blow you while in costume."
"Thanks for considering my needs." Jensen stretches. "Want help getting the wig back on?"
"Please."
Between the two of them, they get Jared's mane back under the bleach-blond wig, and Jared sticks his teeth back in.
"Where were we?" he asks.
"Bickering and sexual tension," says Jensen.
"That doesn't really narrow it down."
Jensen pets him on the shoulder. "Don't worry, you'll figure it out. Come on, our public awaits."
