Just got on my scale for the first time in a long time.
I used to weigh around 190 back in 2007, the last time I really paid attention to such things. I'm now back up to just shy of 240. TWO FUCKING FORTY. I knew I'd put on a bit of weight when I left Target, since I got my exercise there, and noticed a progressive increase in my pants size.
I actually eat better and healthier now than I did when I was 190. Yet I've gained weight. Clearly it's been the cutting back of the stimulants and the lack of exercise. I will be remedying both in short order.
I am a fucking fatass, and will be joining a gym as soon as I can sign up. If anyone has any tips for making the most out of the gym time, or how long I'll have to spend doing what exercises to achieve a particular result, please comment with them. I could use the input, as sedentary as my life has been up until this point.
