Bits & Pieces
Another two days off that just blew by leaving me wondering where the fuck they went. It drives me nuts... I never seem to derive any benefit out of not working. I never do anything I was planning to to on days off, even less so now, since I end up sleeping in more than half the day because of the problems I've had falling asleep lately. It fucking sucks.
Enough whining, however. On to other things.
I've started to mess around with Second Life a bit. It's kind of fun, but I'm having problems completing the tutorials for some stupid reason. Anyone who knows why this might be, let me know.
I stumbled upon this band called Warp 11 recently. As obscure as they are, I've managed to scavenge up a partial discography. So far, I like. There's even a few rather catchy songs there. Being a Star Trek fan is required to really enjoy (or understand, for that matter) most of the lyrics, but they're good musicians as well. If anyone wants copies of that, give me a holler.
Still trying to offload some junk, not having too much luck with it. It's a lot harder to give stuff away than to throw it in a dumpster. Worse for the environment, but a lot less hassle and wasted time.
