My parents visited this past weekend. Have some photos, since I'm actually pleased with some of them.

We went out to Victor Harbour one day, and walked across the bridge to Granite Island. Another option is to take a horse-drawn tram! I think this horse's name is Thomas.
It looks fairly small here, but when a draft horse walks by you casually dragging along a tram you kind of realise how incredibly huge and strong they are.

The bridge you walk across to get to the island (also has the tracks the tram travels along). Looks longer than it feels when you're actually walking across it.

The day before we went out to Hahndorf and had hot chocolates at No. 5, a fairly well-known chocolate cafe in the town.

We also visited the Bird in Hand winery (and tried some wines).
A pretty good weekend, though it made me realise how completely I've settled into living alone. I couldn't help myself with turning off switches at the power points and cleaning up immediately because any mess got to me. I need to relax a little.
