Baked early today, so the stuff was actually ready while the sun was still out!

Hooray for photos!



I quite liked this dough. Not too sticky or too dry. When portioning them out I actually used a weighing scale to make sure they were all the same size. Possibly I am an obsessive.



They still rose a fair bit so they don't look like the neat pretzel shapes you tend to expect. Oh well.

I may bake a loaf today since we don't actually have any bread for toast or sandwiches.
