(no subject)
So day two on the line was ok.. I had a lot more orders today... I swear I made a couple hundred wings today. Im really not looking for a night shift anytime soon because it is a lot harder. Though Id imagen theyd have more then just myself and one other cook working.
You really have to have talent in the kitchen to work there though.. you wouldnt think so but almost nothing is bought premade. I had to work on putting into 8 oz cuts. You really need to have knife skills coming into it cause theyre huge. Bigger then what I've worked with in the past but at least I know how to hold them and everything. Its a lil tough right but that normal.. I need to learn the menu some more and all the tricks they like to use to make it.
I wish I had my pay check cause my dads birthday is tomorrow... well I'll have to settle for knowning the knives and not loosing the tips of my fingers. I'll make it up to him. He knows anyway...
Anyway.. I wanna put my feet up and relax so i'll keep you posted
