oh, procrastination. why are you so easy to do?
What I Should/Have to do Today:
1) complete start my section of a group project for the online course. The person who's putting it all together would like it by tonight. I have to figure out how to use PowerPoint again. :|
2) complete start the other assignment that's due tomorrow
3) do the course readings for this section and make at least one post
4) update with the last day of Polaris, including (the somewhat crazy) Paul McGillion talk + photo
5) close down the op_ficathon sign-ups, though I think I'll leave 'em 'til tonight
What I Want to do Today:
1) read fic
2) write fic (I really really want to write a Nathan/Audrey touching fic even though it's probably been done a bajillion times before. This is all irony_rocks' fault for making me watch Haven.)
3) watch vids
4) and, crap, I just remembered that I'm supposed to be working on a vid co-produced with december21st (sorry about that! I am an 'out of sight, out of mind' person and it's been so long since I've had the time to work on it, it completely slipped my mind! Feel free to slap me upside the head via LJ or email if I forget again.)
At least it's way too hot to go outside, so that's not a distraction. Today's predicted high is high 30sC, with a humidex of something like 48C (it's already 31C/humidex 42C). All I can say is, Thank goodness for air conditioning.
And I guess I'll go work on the group project thing, since that affects more than just me. Priorities, I can do them.
