went to Icon ... there was a bit less going on this year, I guess because of the move to the community college and various hotels, but it was still fun. saw a few interesting (mainly sciencey) panels, saw a bunch of goobers in costumes, was a partially-costumed goober my own self (I can haz Fourth Doctor scarf), and hung out with Glenn and Jess. lousy Smarch weather! yesterday was warm enough that I spent my 3 hour break reading (I'm reading "Creation" by Gore Vidal, and it's very very good.
